Step 1: Inspection & Consultation
We’ll meet with you in person to properly assess the situation. I’m not a salesperson – I’m a roofing professional with years of experience. That means I’m not trying to sell you a bill of goods – I genuinely want to discover what’s best for your home.
Some specifics I’ll be looking for during our meeting:
– How old is your home?
– What is the pitch of your roof?
– Does the architecture of your home require a unique gutter system?
– What is the layout of your lot?
Step 2: Preparation
- If we need to deliver materials early, please clear a spot in your driveway so that they unloaded easily and stored safely out of the way of vehicles.
- Please mark any underground sprinkler heads, to ensure none gets covered by materials or equipment during the project.
- Cover all outdoor furniture, fire pits, BBQ equipment, etc
- For all safety purposes, please keep all children and pets indoors while we’re working on your project.
Step 3: Installation
It’s time for your project to begin! On the agreed upon day and time, our crew will arrive at your property and start the installation process.
While it’s not a requirement, we always recommend that you be home while our contractors are on the job and working. Of course, if this isn’t feasible or you must leave your home for any reason, rest assured that we’ll continue to uphold our commitment and integrity.
Step 4: Cleanup
Our crews always clean as they work, striving to keep the workspace and your property as tidy and safe as possible throughout the project. Once the remodel or installation is complete, we will go through the following checklist:
- Your property will be thoroughly raked.
- We’ll comb through your property using a nail magnet to pick up any leftover debris.
- We will assist in moving any items that were moved for the construction back to their original spots.
When we’re through, you should not be able to tell we were there – other than having a new beautiful gutter system!
Step 5: Satisfaction
While we always strive to carry out every project to perfection, we understand that occasional issues may sometimes arise. We’d like to take care of these issues while we’re still on-site, if possible.
As such, when we’re finished with the construction and cleanup process, we will perform a complete and thorough walk-through with you to make sure all expectations have been met, and that you are no less than 100% satisfied with our work.
